Warranty/Service:  

We give a warranty on all of our delivered devices and installations for proper functioning. That warranty period amounts 12 month beginning with incoming date of delivery at destination (see also Topas Terms & Conditions). 
Service and repair of Topas devices are performed directly at Topas. In doing so the strict compliance of relevant standards and careful order processing at Topas have been continuously certified since 1999 by Certification according to DIN ISO 9001.

In the case you use Topas devices for varification of tasks in the context of quality management it is mostly compulsory to account for their annual/regular calibration or examination. This work we like to carry out for you - just schedule an appointment with us.
