Strong women on tour: Exchanging ideas with Mexican female entrepreneurs

How many devices do you actually have in stock? What means flex time to you at Topas? Is your water safe to drink? We answered these and many other diverse questions yesterday for 17 Mexican businesswomen. They visited Saxony as part of the 2026 delegation trip organized by the IBWE — International Business Women Encounter, an international platform. As a member of the Saxony Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Sachsen), we were delighted to support this active networking initiative between established Mexican female entrepreneurs and executives and companies, decision-makers, and business organizations across Europe by explaining Topas, our products, as well as our processes and ways of thinking. Time flew by during the lively exchange, and the Mexican enthusiasm was contagious — it spread to all of us. As members of the Foreign Trade Committee and the Business Woman group, it was important to us to support this valuable network with our contribution while also introducing Dresden and Saxony as centers of business and innovation. The fact that this was met with such joy and interest was the best reward. We wish the Mexican participants many more exciting insights and the opportunity to apply these learnings in their companies.
