How does Topas use AI to analyze industrial data?

How can generative AI be deployed efficiently and securely in industrial companies? This question is at the heart of our current innovation project, which is funded through the Innovation grant (ERDF/JTF 2021–2027).

Through the end of July 2026, we will be developing and testing a working prototype for an internal AI assistance system. The technological focus is on the RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) approach. This approach enables generative language models to safely access our internal data and knowledge repositories.

Why is this step important? Standard AI models reach their limits when it comes to specific business knowledge. With this new, scalable architecture, we are developing a process tailored precisely to needs of Topas. This allows us to optimize knowledge-intensive processes from the ground up.
