Is Resilience Becoming the New Standard in Particle Technology?
What does aerosol and particle technology have to do with resilience? More than you might think! Our systems measure the invisible and ensure the highest quality standards under the most complex conditions. Whether it is cleanroom monitoring or filter testing, we stand for absolute precision. But our technology-driven solutions are only as good as the team behind them. Especially when things get dynamic in the project business, we need a quality that also distinguishes emergency responders and professional athletes: resilience.
A resilient team stays focused even under time pressure and adapts flexibly to new challenges. That is exactly what our Topas project engineers are training for right now in the TRIAL project. In doing so, they are swapping precision measuring instruments for Lego bricks – but with a serious purpose: We are learning from high-performance teams like the fire department and applying their high-performance strategies to our daily work. Why Lego? Because in the controlled environment of simulation, we test complex processes that keep us stable in real-world project work. Our goal: full operational capability, no matter how much pressure we are under.
For us, TRIAL stands for:
- Team resilience through
- improvisation and
- learning (game-based)
The minds behind TRIAL:
Together with TU Dresden (CIMTT Zentrum für Produktionstechnik und Organisation & AG Wissen-Denken-Handeln) and ATB gGmbH, we’re training to stay focused even in chaos and developing solutions for the workplace of tomorrow.
Funding note:
The project is funded by the Bundesministerium für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt and co-financed by the Europäische Union.
