Non-negotiable: Good indoor air as a human right
The right to clean indoor air, also in private homes - this is no longer an utopian dream, but seriously debated by experts. While the initial focus lies on specifications for measurements in public buildings, the air monitoring for the private sector is within reach.
This is why we invited some representatives from DGUV IFA as well as from various employers' liability insurance associations (e.g. BG RCI). Together with our guest from the statutory accident insurance sector, we discussed requirements for daily functional checks of personal measuring devices to determine the aerosol concentration at workplaces. As a technology leader in the field of aerosol technology, we have been working with manufacturers of these devices for decades and are therefore familiar with continuous calibration processes for workplaces.
Together, proven photometers and optical particle counters as well as potential new developments were tested with our aerosol generators in our modern Technical Innovation Centre.
The result: specific ideas on the requirements for test devices for the generation of defined test aerosols. We would like to thank our guests for the lively exchange and are looking forward to more events of this kind.
